Been using this for a few months now and I have lost a stone! I have been watching what i eat aswell but this is a fab result for someone with a slow metabolism like me

I have just tried this to see if it works, so far I do feel full I am eating less than before which is good and using exercise along with my healthy eating plan. I'm excited to see results!

Just started this a few days ago. No nasty side effects like i have had with other weight loss supplements. I will post my results in a few weeks.
