How to use: Sleeptox Detox Foot Patches are easy to use and should be applied before sleep at night. We recommend using the patches for 5 consecutive nights for the best results. Press each patch onto the middle of each sticky pad, writing side down. Apply one patch to the sole of each foot, ensuring good contact. Remove the patch from the foot carefully in the morning and see the results. The patch will be dark brown and emit a strong odour. Wash the foot and discard of the used patches. Repeat this process for 5 days continuously.
